Online Voting Eligibility Requirements:

• Each active member must be able to log in to their individual ZSO account to vote.
• For Family and Senior Couple accounts, each spouse must have a separate ZSO account (secondary account) with a unique email address, different from the primary account.
• Only one vote is permitted per email address/ZSO account.

3. Submit a Proxy:

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person or virtually, you may nominate someone to vote on your behalf by completing and submitting a proxy form. The form must be sent to the appointed scrutineers listed on the proxy form.

You will receive confirmation by email or phone once your proxy has been received.

Please Note:

In accordance with constitutional guidelines, to attend the EGM on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at 11:00 AM (please arrive 15 minutes early), members—whether attending personally or virtually or by proxy—must be in good standing. This means having an active ZSO membership by 11:00 AM EDT on Sunday, December 7, 2025.
