We are reaching out with an urgent request on behalf of Mrs. Maharukh Jussawalla, whose 61‑year‑old husband, Mr. Hoshi Jussawalla of Mumbai, is courageously battling stomach cancer.

In 2024, Mr. Jussawalla underwent major surgery in which both his stomach and gall bladder were removed. Since then, he has endured 23 chemotherapy sessions and 4 immunology injections in his fight for survival.

The financial toll has been devastating:

• Total treatment cost so far: Rs. 6.8 million (≈ USD $78,000)
• Insurance coverage used: Rs. 0.70 million
• Family annual income: Rs. 1.2 million

With insurance exhausted and limited income, the family is now in severe financial distress. Mr. Jussawalla urgently requires continued medical care, and this is where our community can truly make a difference.
